{Public Health Law and Policy Program} The College of Law’s Public Health Law and Policy Program brings together scholars, practitioners, and other partners to focus on critical issues at the intersection of law, ethics and public health. Among those issues: legal preparedness in response to H1N1, national health care reform, vaccination laws, child health in schools, national and state obesity laws, and mental and behavioral health legal and ethical preparedness.
